Julietta Harding
Interior Designer & Storyteller

A note from Julietta:
From urban lofts to grand homes... from zen yoga studios to busy breweries, I enjoy transforming spaces into beautiful, sustainable and comfortable environments that bring my clients delight and personal satisfaction. In 1997, and after working in broadcast journalism, I pivoted careers and began telling stories through the art of interior design. I am inspired by my clients and their unique personalities and experiences, and am passionate about creating environments that reflect their own, individual stories.
Using an artistic approach to design, I prefer hand drafting and rendering over computer generated drawings. As a world traveler and history aficionado, I can bring fresh perspectives and cultural flair to modern interiors as well as period designs.
Although creativity is fun, the functional end of interior design is equally important. Understanding building materials, coding and project management is a vital part of the design process, and I am experienced in all these things.
I am also a furniture designer, and have done many unique pieces for my clients, from whole dining room sets to tiny cocktail tables.
Let's get together and tell your story.

What to expect when you book an appointment:

I offer a full range of services, from small projects to total home or business makeovers. If you need trained, professional advice in selecting furnishings, palettes, lighting, flooring, window treatments, cabinetry, space planning, remodeling or simply need to add a few details to spruce up your living or working environment, I'm ready to help. I am also a skilled furniture designer (I once designed all the furniture for an entire home), and am happy to create something that is one-of-a-kind, just for you.
On our first meeting, we will discuss your ideas and dreams, determine a realistic budget, and make a game plan and timeline for your project. I will also give you a short quiz which will give us both an idea of what design archetype appeals to you most. It's fun, and can be quite enlightening. If you decide to go ahead with a project, the cost of your consultation will go toward project fees.
